Structure

The structure is the heart of the Armored door.

Of all the performances, safety, is the essence of this door. safety was, in its design, the main guideline compliance, therefore, the door has reinforced metal structure, safety locking elements as the 3 dead bolts between hinges, a lock with protection against drilling and 3 points mode with 8 bolts 18 mm Ø, a limiter opening, cylinder protector and big hinges.

There are many more options in terms of safety supplements such as 5-point lock, special locks against the extraction of cylinder, double cylinder locks, antibumping cylinders, double clutch, anti-break, motorized locks, etc … in the area of accessories is spread more information about it.

With a leaf thickness of 85mm, the door transmit a sense of robustness.

Both the concealed windbreak mechanism located at the bottom of the leaf, as the peripheral seal in the leaf profile, allow sealed closure to meet the insulation requirements of the door.

The big hinges are regulated in tilt and height in order to overcome small deviations from the installation subframe on site.

The door has an anti-cards piece located in the frame, at the level to the hole for the latch, which is pre- venting that cards or similar push and achieve the door opening. Whenever we do not have the bolt of the lock completely removed. This piece also serves to regulate the clearance between frame and leaf in the rebate.

The cylinder portector provide máximum security for the cylinder because it is composed of an alloy of solid hardened steel anti-drill manganese that prevents the handling cylinder, the extraction and possible breakage. This piece is one of the most important in terms of safety.

The cylinder 10-pin, high security, comes standard in a box that has a key work and 5 final keys to the end user, these last sealed to privacy. The end user may cancel, himself, the key work used by installers, simply by entering any of the 5 final keys on both sides of the cylinder. At that time the key work is unusable. With this system we wanted to add value to the door because the end user can keep the cylinder supplied by the manufacturer without having to change it later.

The dimensions of the structures set the size of the entrance door. Below we show a board with the standard possible sizes to the entrance doors according to the more usual type of installation, metal sub-frame and frame overlapped on the inner wall. In the products area, Subframe / Installation section is fully developed types of installation.
